Client Representative
Client Representative is a project management style role under the PPC 2000 form of partnering contract, which is integral to the collaborative team approach to driving forward the project partnering process.
Our practice ethos of openness, trust and integrity makes us strong supporters of collaborative and team working. Combine our ethos with our experience and expertise, and it makes us the right choice to act as Client Representative, often coupled with our Quantity Surveying service.

Employers Agent
Our extensive experience and knowledge has led us to the forefront of providing a unique client focused Employer's Agent service, which has delivered countless successful projects.
Markhams was one of the first practices to see the benefits to clients, in procuring developments using Design and Build. We were involved in some of the first Design and Build projects undertaken by Housing Associations.

We have qualified and experienced Project Managers who are able to co-ordinate and manage people and resources to achieve results. The quality of our Project Management Service is dictated by the people who work for us, we support them, and give them the tools to innovate and improve.

Principal Designer
The new CDM Regulations 2015 has put more emphasis on good health and safety management throughout the design and procurement process. Markhams with it's experience of acting as Planning Supervisors and CDM Coordinators under the old Regulations is well placed to provide Principal Designer services.
Our Principal Designer service compliments our role as Employer's Agent or Client Representative. We assist the client in meeting their legal obligations and responsibilties under the new CDM Regulations, and help steer the design and procurement process to achieve safer developments.
We understand that good health and safety leads to improved design and construction solutions, saves money and saves lives. Our service is founded on good practical advice, which seeks to contribute to the project.
