The practice was formed when two northern practices merged, namely Markham Millard & Partners (Established in 1947) and Olley & Partners (Established in 1948). Both Markham Millard & Partners and Olley & Partners shared a common ethos and goal to provide a quality service to new and long standing clients. This approach is reflected in the Markhams of today, a practice which is committed to providing a quality service.
The practice is now established and experienced in providing services complimentary to its Quantity Surveying history. In addition to our Project Management Services we undertake whole life cost appraisals as well as life maintenance plans to support our capital cost control services. This provides our clients with the total picture when assessing value and sustainability.
Markhams has always been forward thinking and innovative, moving into new areas of work. We see our role not just as advisors and controllers of cost, but facilitators in achieving the client's brief with the common goal of achieving the best possible outcome.
